6月13日，晨越院士工作站陳雯馨博士受邀參加歐洲管理學(xué)會(huì)全球會(huì)議 （European Academy of Management Conference）。 此次會(huì)議是歐洲管理學(xué)會(huì)成立以來規(guī)模最大、最具影響力的一次大會(huì)，來自全球各行業(yè)的兩千多位優(yōu)秀學(xué)者及實(shí)踐專家參加了會(huì)議。本次會(huì)議的主題是“企業(yè)良性轉(zhuǎn)型”（Transform business for good）， 聚焦企業(yè)道德及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要性。
通過參加此次會(huì)議項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)板塊，陳雯馨博士聆聽了項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域領(lǐng)先學(xué)者的研究報(bào)告，了解了國(guó)際項(xiàng)目管理研究的最新進(jìn)展。
與此同時(shí)，陳雯馨博士向參會(huì)人員分享了學(xué)術(shù)論文《Change management: The negative side of stakeholder negotiation》。該論文主要探討了項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者由于項(xiàng)目設(shè)立而引起的利益沖突，并據(jù)此探究利益的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制（Substantial change management research argues for negotiating a change with change recipients before enacting the change. Such research assumes some accommodation can be reached between affected parties. However, some changes are unlikely to achieve a consensus between stakeholders. Through an analysis of a case, we conclude that while negotiation is important, the literature might overemphasize the necessity and benefits of negotiation to manage change）。陳博士與參會(huì)人員就該論文進(jìn)行了研討。
與會(huì)期間，陳雯馨博士與全球?qū)＜摇W(xué)者、企業(yè)家等參會(huì)人員進(jìn)行了積極交流，就中國(guó)發(fā)展、中國(guó)工程咨詢行業(yè)及晨越建管集團(tuán)情況進(jìn)行了介紹，為全球?qū)W者及企業(yè)家今后更深層次交流與合作的奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
